材料---
1.瘦肉絲6兩
2.韭黃 (切斷)
3.菠菜
4.綠豆芽
5.粉絲 (泡軟剪斷)

做法---
1.瘦肉絲、醬油、太白粉水醃製15分
2.肉絲、菠菜 → 拌炒後備用
3.熱油、醬油先燒一下 + 粉絲炒透，分別放入綠豆芽、韭黃、鹽少許拌炒 → 加入肉絲菠菜拌炒盛盤
4.蛋、太白粉水2匙、鹽少許 → 煎成蛋餅皮，後街成蛋絲
